Can I use the tools for properties I haven’t listed publicly?
Yes. Your private property-management records are separate from public listings. Manage tenancies, rent records and maintenance without advertising that property on the marketplace.
Do I pay separately for each agent tool?
Agent Pro and Business bundle our first-party agent tools. Discover the tools in your workspace and activate the ones you need. Optional property promotions are separate from your tool subscription.
Does the trial require a card?
No. Start your one-time 30-day Agent Pro trial from Billing after creating your agent account. It does not automatically start a paid subscription.
What happens when my paid access ends?
Your records remain accessible for reading and available exports. Your Starter limits apply to new activity; upgrading gives you more capacity again.
Does Property Hunt collect rent online?
You can record rent payments, track balances and issue receipts. Online rent collection is not included yet.
Can buyers contact me without subscribing?
Yes. Public contact options and receiving enquiries are included on every plan. You choose which phone and WhatsApp numbers appear.
